Butterfly Called Devil

When I first met Dahlia Hawthorne in PW:AA3 I thought: "You're a psychopath. A true, twisted, evil, fucking psycho-bitch. I love you, let's get married".

Such fascinating female characters are rarity

The idea for this drawing came to me when I was re-reading Carlos Ruiz Zafon's novel Marina. In this novel a fictional species of black butterfly appears. This lovely creature is called Teufel (which means "devil" in German) it likes dark places and eating its own larvas. Not to mention it can come back from the grave...

And this black butterfly is sitting on Dahlia's nose. I think they are perfect for each other
